Sunrise Medical guarantees the Jay Basic Cushion Cover to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for 6 months from date of purchase. Sunrise Medical will, at its option, repair or replace your cushion without charge. The warranty does not apply to, punctures, tears, or burns, nor to the cushion’s cover.
