Primo Kelvar extreme tire February 2, 2016 Reviewer: Scott Rinker from Annapolis, MD United States   This tire does help from having more flat tires. I would like to find a tire that has a little more strength. I Still will have a flat because of the salt used to melt snow and ice. Overall the Primo Kelvar extreme tire is a good product.
