Great business! February 28, 2023 Reviewer: Anonymous Person from Portland, OR United States   We love DME hub.  They are always friendly and professional and go out of their way to help us get the equipment we need.  We needed to replace a calf strap that was too short on a new wheelchair.  DME helped me figure out over the phone what size we needed and we had it in a couple of days.  DME hub provides efficient, personalized service that is hard to find these days. I think I could have used the next larger size so that more material could have been velcroed together in order to keep the strap from disconnecting when hit or moved by accident. Customer Setvice July 9, 2020 Reviewer: Natossha Lord from Brooklet , GA United States   I ordered several replacement parts for my TILITE chair.  After completing the order a rep from DME HUB contacted me via email and phone to advise the parts ordered did not agree with the serial number submitted.  I returned their call and found out the parts ordered were indeed not correct.  They led me to the appropriate parts and in the end saved me a significant amount of money and time.  DME Hub service is remarkable!!!  Thanks to Tyler at DME hub for going over and beyond.
