I had ordered some caster parts for my tilite chair and because of changes by tilite and no fault of dme hub the new parts were not compatible with the older chair. They went out of their way to figure out the problem and come up with a workable solution. I have been bouncing around between a few different dme providers but after the help I got on my last few orders, as long as they can get what I need at a comparable price I think they will be my go to source. As a bonus they are quite a bit closer to me so it cuts down on shipping time as well. The part was a factory tilite part, the original was still doing its job but changes in threads in some other parts forced me to replace them but I expect the same durability as my original parts.
