New Nexus Cover
I ordered a new 16X16 cover for my son and originally received a 18X18. When I called the representative refused to allow me to return it. I sent it to a friend in Monroe MI and ordered a new one again. I received a 16X17 and it worked. The customer service was poor but the product is solid. I will not order from you again.

I find this cover more durable than the regular high profile cushion cover, it just seems better made.
