I received a call from a customer rep as soon as he saw the order and walked me through what my options were that would work for my application. We call that above and beyond customer service. Excellent Affordable Caster June 17, 2021 Reviewer: Rodney Burnett from North Liberty, IA United States   This caster coasts really well and a nice affordable alternative. I swapped out more expensive aluminum rimmed casters that seemed to cause more drag. I personally like a harder caster that does not cause drag which rolls much nicer. All I needed November 26, 2020 Reviewer: GammaDog from Vero Beach, Florida   I’m keeping an older TiLite chair in usable shape as a backup for my adult son’s primary chair (a newer TiLite).
