Most unused, unopened merchandise may be returned within 30 days of purchase. Exclusions include non-stock (special ordered) items or custom builder product such as certain wheelchairs or any other equipment built specifically for the user/consumer. Products damaged during shipment and all other warranty related items will be accepted back for evaluation to replace or refund the customer. All returns must be shipped via prepaid freight. Returns can not be made via freight collect. Exceptions will be made for certain conditions such as; if your item was delivered with freight damage or if you received wrong item(s) as a result of a packaging/shipping error.
DME Hub will do the best we can to make sure you're making the correct choice when purchasing your products. It is not our goal to have you stuck with the wrong stuff. However, there are some reasonable restrictions that apply to what can be returned. Cushions and backs can not be returned with soiled or visibly used covers. Partially used or opened products, items with cracks or scratches, and dirty or any indications of usage can not be returned. Some Bath Safety products can not be returned for hygiene reasons and/or will not be eligible for a refund if returned in used condition. Any custom or special order products are not returnable.
Important: Please open and inspect your product(s) within 10 days of delivery and call to obtain an RMA if needed. Thank you for your understanding and again, we want you to be satisfied so give us a call if something is not working out and we'll do our best to work with you on it.

In most cases, we will refund your credit card for the full purchase price, excluding freight. In some cases it will be necessary to charge a restocking fee up to but not exceeding 25% of your purchase price. You are not charged this fee for our profit or to simply "punish" you for returning an item. This is the fee DME Hub is charged by the manufacturer if the product needs to be returned to its supplier.
For warranty issues, we will perform a warranty evaluation on your product. If the item is determined to qualify for factory (or DME Hub) warranty, we will take the appropriate action to issue a full refund, store credit, or replacement of your merchandise. If the product does not qualify for warranty, we will contact you to let you know.
