All orders shipped within the contiguous USA qualify for 'Free Shipping' if the order total is $99 or more. Orders under $99 ship at a flat rate of $9.95. Some restrictions apply. Please read below for full details.
FREE GROUND SHIPPING
Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii are subject to additional shipping charges. Most orders ship via Federal Express or UPS and arrive on your doorstep within 3-5 business days.
EXPRESS SHIPPING*
Express Shipping options are also offered by DME Hub. Orders must be received by 11am PST to ship same-day on most items. Some are items are custom made and will not ship in one day including but not limited to wheelchairs, upholstery, wheel assemblies, camber tubes and some cushions/backs. Express Shipping is offered at an additional charge of Next Day Air = $65, 2nd Day air = $45, 3 Day Air = $25.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Most items we sell can be shipped to international destinations. However, some restrictions apply to specific products or product brands. Free shipping does not apply to International orders. Taxes, duties and customs fee are not included in our shipping fee. Please check with your country's local rules and regulations for addtional information.
