My para son has had two of these-- the cushion originally purchased from DME Hub has been replaced twice by Permobil, due to failure of one of the quadrants. It's a slow leak, but inconvenient if not at home. Plan to stick to the single compartment cushion from now on, which seems less fragile/tricky.
