Impact gaurds have been amazing! January 16, 2023 Reviewer: Grey Kaminski from Spokane, Washington   I have had 4 impact gaurds on my chair, and they have been the best part for helping when I need loaded up. Guy always show me respect, and offer to help. Goes to show these boys have been raised right! My problem is after all the loading the start to fall apart, and I don't make much to replace them all the time. Happy November 9, 2022 Reviewer: Kyra Hebert from orlando, FL United States   The accessories ordered for my son’s chair were discontinued and rep called me within hours of me placing order. First time using DME Hub February 3, 2022 Reviewer: Jennifer from US   It was my first time using DME Hub.  I made a mistake in my order and someone from the company reached out to double check the quanity amount was correct.  I then reached out to them by phone and spoke with Dave and he fixed my order on the spot.  The transaction went smoothly.  He said the order would could take a week to go thru and then shipping would take a week on top of that. Tight, Clean, Sleek October 14, 2021 Reviewer: T8 Para from JACKSONVILLE, FL United States   The material wraps tightly enough & has grip that prevents them from moving around.  They have a quality feel.  I got the reflective color stripe & the reflection material is more rough, (obviously it can’t be made from the same material, neoprene as the black portion) shows dirt more & is a bit more difficult to clean.  Still very nice.  If you’re only need is soft protection get the all black would require the least cleaning & protection.  If looks are your priority, pick a color.  For low light visibility, reflective Grey looks great & works well.
