The Advantage Bag is the product that I have bought for years, and will continue to do so. But this review is not about the bag, as only time will tell if it is as sturdy as in the past. This review is about DME themselves. The bag was out of stock, and they were expecting a shipment to arrive two days after I ordered, so called me personally to let me know. It was a classy act in our current environment of poor customer service in the U.S. So thank you DME!
