Replacement under-seat pouch June 4, 2020 Reviewer: Scott Roberts from San Diego, CA United States   The pouch I just purchased from DME Hub is superior to the one it replaced. The materials are heavier and the seams look more robust. I expect it to last far longer than the original. And it was delivered to me in a short amount of time after I ordered it. New Under Seat Bag/Customer Service December 26, 2018 Reviewer: Julie Pollitt from San Jose, CA United States   The Advantage Bag is the product that I have bought for years, and will continue to do so.  But this review is not about the bag, as only time will tell if it is as sturdy as in the past.  This review is about DME themselves.  The bag was out of stock, and they were expecting a shipment to arrive two days after I ordered, so called me personally to let me know.  It was a classy act in our current environment of poor customer service in the U.S.  So thank you DME!
