When I contacted DME Hub b/c I hadn't received my order, I got a call back from Tyler, who did an excellent job of explaining the problem. Then he gave my options. I elected to maintain the order, hoping that E&J would live up to their promise. They didn't live up to the first promised delivery date, but, again, Tyler called to tell me of the delay and new date promised by the mfr. Then he called to tell me they came through and to ask if I still wanted the item. When I confirmed that I did, DME shipped the item that day. I couldn't be happier with their service and follow through.
