Scissor wheel lock August 22, 2022 Reviewer: Mark D. from CA   I am not always a fan of new designs if something works well. My 16 year old TiLite chair still has mostly original parts. I broke one of the scissor wheel locks. I was initially hesitant upon seeing a different design, but gave it a try. It is amazing. It has a much simpler design. The locking takes considerably less force than the original and is very smooth. It fit in my existing clamp no problem. I will be replacing the other side soon with this updated version. Set of new scissor breaks August 5, 2022 Reviewer: Mathew Kind from Southfield, MI United States   Ordering was easy because you need to log in your wheelchairs serial number that way you can’t order the wrong parts. Compact Composite Scissor Wheel Locks Purchase June 27, 2022 Reviewer: John Scott from San Diego, CA United States   I needed to replace my right scissor lock; the spring broke. Ordering was easy and delivery timely (3 days). I didn't realize that TiLite had redesigned the scissor locks. I ordered again for the left lock, so they'd match. I should have ordered both at the same time to save a little on shipping. Was this review helpful to you?

This is why you should buy from DME Hub June 2, 2022 Reviewer: Mark McColl from Birmingham, AL United States   Last October I bought a Tilite Scissor Lock from DME Hub several weeks ago it broke.  I contacted DME Hub and asked if there was a warranty.  They replied that Tilite's 6 month warranty had expired but they would contact them on my behalf.  As a result I received a new pair of the newly redesigned locks today!  All because of DME Hub!!  BTW, they are much better than the old design.
