Product as Described April 11, 2018 Reviewer: Rodney Amujiogu from Clemson, SC United States   Product as described. The arm of my  original brake snapped suddenly after 6 yrs of use. Transferring without the brakes on is a bit difficult for me. Called to see if the item could be expedited  , the staff was very friendly and courteous. Solid brakes August 19, 2015 Reviewer: Anonymous Person from Brooklyn, NY United States   Bought these to replace my plastic ones that broke twice - once after 4 years, and again after only 1.5 years. Solid build and easy to install on my Ti ZRA. Only drawback is the long throw of the handle to engage brake, otherwise great. Was this review helpful to you?

Good brakes February 2, 2015 Reviewer: Katherine Stice from Seattle, WA United States   These brakes are very well made and work well.  However the clamp that holds them to the wheelchair side -- at least on my wheelchair, a Catalyst -- will not tighten down enough to prevent the brake assembly from moving down or up.  The standard brakes from the Catalyst have grooves cut on the inside of the clamp to help it grip the chair; the TiLite brakes do not have that.  I ended up using the clamp from the Catalyst and the brakes from the TiLite, and that combination works well.
