I had a great experience with the guy who helped me return the wrong size axles for my chair and I wanted to say thank you as well because I was informed that my Roho cushion has a warranty and fortunately it expires 10-15-23 so I was 8 months shy but very excited now because I have needed a new cushion for some time now and instead of spending over $150 I'm getting it for free! It's all because of how great this employee treated me and helped me out.

Had a wonderful experience both times when purchasing axles the 1st time and wonderful help having to trade sizes and the representative was knowledgeable about my seat cushion and explained how to get a replacement free under warranty which worked for me as well and this has been the Best news/experience I've had since relocating in August of last year!
