The Pilot cushion by Action Products is a great low profile cushion for the low to moderate risk user. It's made from Akton polymer (gel) that won't leak, flow, or bottom out making it virtually maintenance free.
It's 1" low profile makes it ideal to use in a truck, boat, taxi seats or any other uses requiring significantly reduced high pressure areas, vibration and shear. The cover easily removes so It can also be used as extra padding for bath chairs and benches.
