Excellent service
Online ordering process was very streamlined and simple, order shipment was very quick. Highly recommended.

Gets hard when cold
This cushion has a nice weight and conforms well to a car seat, but in winter temperatures gets hard. It gets pliable again as it warms up to body temperature, but I’m not sure I’d recommend it for use in cars other than in the South.
