My wheelchair repair guy failed to properly install these and the washers when he replaced my side guards about 6 months ago, so they've come home loose and I've now lost 4 of 8. I need replacements and fast! TiLite referred me here, I was able to quickly find what I needed, and they were promptly shipped to me so I could tightly secure those bad boys myself! They seamlessly fit right in with the few remaining originals that were keeping my side guards hanging on by a threaded screw, DME and these little bits saved the day! It was so much quicker than trying to go through insurance and a wheelchair rep. My only minor complaint was the cost for such a teeny tiny little item that weighed only grams, but hey companies have to make profits somehow.
