The design is so much friendlier than the other brakes but part of it is pretty fragile and breaks easily.  I do SO appreciate the DME representative who checked on another previous order and called me to make sure that I had ordered the right one.  I had not and he fixed it and that was so great, especially at this present time. Grateful.
