Max Mobility guarantees the SmartDrive to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for two years from the date of purchase. Max Mobility will, at its option, repair or replace your device without charge. The warranty does not apply to defects caused by improper use, modifications or alterations to electrical circuitry and physical construction, or defects caused beyond control while in transit. Max Mobility is not responsible for any damage to one's wheelchair caused by the device.
