Above and beyond my older TiLite chair initial review is I love it. Other than it took longer than I liked due to lack of welders it’s great DME hub Dave Creek was outstanding in helping me custom design my TR

This is the second TiLite TR I've had, and can't go wrong with one of these. I've heard these Tilites called the Mercedes of wheelchairs and that's one of the best descriptions I've heard. I think what makes this even better is being able to order a chair like this from a company as knowledgeable, professional, and downright excellent to work with as DME. For folks that depend on this kind of equipment, being able to order it quickly, without hassle, and from someone who knows exactly what you need is incredible. Thanks DME for all you guys do. Wish we had a lot more companies with the customer service of DME. Thanks guys!

Love my new TR chair , DME made the purchase experience very easy. My only complaint was that I had to adjust the breaks to fit the New wheels which Tilite provided, I would have expected them to adjust the breaks at the factory.

All was good. No complaints. Tyler is superb to work with. Only complaint is brakes were installed backwards. Unfunctional. Had to have a bike shop remove them as I decided to reduce the extra weight. One note: my old spinergy Spox wheels make the chair a much easier and smoother ride than the Shadow wheels that come standard. Get Spinergy wheels if you can. 8 ounces less for each wheel so another pound reduced ....

My TiLite TR is very well built, comfortable, and beautiful. There are so many little details that make this such a good product, and the ability to order most dimensions in 1/2" increments makes it tailored perfectly to the user. My partner likes that it weighs half as much as my old chair when he has to load it in his truck. I of course appreciate that as well. It's really solid and silent - no squeaks, groans, rattles, or caster flutter.
