The JAY J3 Cushion Cover comes in three style options. The Stretch cover allows for proper immersion and prevents the increase in pressure resulting from surface tension. The Microclimatic Cushion Cover dissipates heat and moisture to keep the surface and the client clean and dry and the moisture resistant Incontinent Cushion Cover helps with incontinence management by protecting the foam base from moisture build-up.

Sunrise Limited Warranty: The removable outer and inner covers are guaranteed to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of six (6) months from the date of purchase, provided normal use. Should a defect in materials or workmanship occur within six (6) months from the original date of purchase, Sunrise Medical will, at its option, repair or replace it without charge.
