Caster hardware is an important part of your wheelchair and unfortunately, it's not maintenance free. Keeping the crud from building up around the caster spacers and bearings is essential for prolonging the life of the casters and/or bearings. Occasionally cleaning out unwanted debris can make a big difference with the performance of the chair and longevity of the parts. It's a good idea to replace these caster screws from time to time as the phillips head can get a little worn and start to slip when tightening and untightening. DME Hub also recommends keeping some extras around in case ever lose one.

How can I locate my serial number?
- For TiLite Rigid Chairs, the Serial Number can be found on the crosstube bar underneath the seat.
- For TiLite Folding Chairs and the TiLite Pilot, the Serial Number can be found on the underside of the left side frame
