ACTIVEAID warrants its new devices against defects in material and workmanship as follows: Chair frames made of stainless steel 3 years; all other metal and structural parts not of stainless steel (in or for chairs, raised toilet seats, tilt tables, parallel bars, etc.), brake mechanisms, locking mechanisms, wheels and casters 1 year; cushions, padded parts, straps, belts, plastic parts, rubber parts, coated surfaces, bearings, cables and other parts not specifically identified 6 months. This warranty does not apply to problems arising from normal wear, improper operation, improper maintenance, improper storage or similar acts beyond ACTIVEAID's control. This warranty is void if parts not supplied or authorized by ACTIVEAID are used to repair or modify an ACTIVEAID device or if the serial number has been defaced or removed from a serial-numbered device.
