The JAY GO Back by Sunrise Medical is designed to be shaped to each individual user. It consists of 4 fundamental components.

1. Wide Tension-Adjustable Straps provide customized posture support & help keep the shape & integrity of the backrest.
2. 1-1/4" Soft Foam Insert provides comfort and pressure relief.
3. Dartex-Coated, Lycra Outer Cover is a four-way stretch material allows submersion, is water-resistant, and easy to clean.
4. Velcro Installation Straps are easy to attach and helps tie everything together.

Every Jay Back is guaranteed to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 24 months from the date of purchase, provided normal use. Should a defect in materials or workmanship occur within 24 months from the original date of purchase, Sunrise Medical will, at its option, repair or replace it without charge.
