Spinergy Warranty: Spinergy wheelchair wheel products are warranted for 1 year from date of purchase against manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship. Spinergy warrants to the original owner that new wheels shall be free of defective materials and workmanship for a period of 1 year from the date of the original purchase (proof of purchase required) provided the wheel is operated under normal conditions and use. If the purchase date is 4 years after the wheel was manufactured, the warranty is no longer valid because we cannot control the conditions in which resellers treat sitting inventory. During this warranty period, Spinergy shall repair or replace, at its sole option, all parts that are found by Spinergy to be defective and subject to this Limited Warranty with this exception: Spinergy will offer replacement parts or NFR pricing on any wheels no longer in production / obsolete that otherwise fall within the time constraints of this warranty.
