My adult son’s 8 yr old TiLite wheelchair was due to be replaced. Rather than deal with the ‘intermediary’ we dealt with last time, and go directly with DME Hub. EXCELLENT DECISION!!! They went by the info on our last order, 8 years ago, and we got an AWESOME new wheelchair, that my son loves!!!!!

My son needed a replacement of his Tilite wheelchair and I contacted Dave at DME Hub to help me. After an hour of conversation and much patience, guidance and information on his part I placed the order. I was so grateful for his expertise and help in making this the best experience. I was informed via email when the wheelchair was supposed to ship and the actual shipping date/tracking. DME Hub delivered all the way. Excellent company to work with.

I am still getting used to this new chair, and either I got weaker or the 2GX is slightly heavier than than my TX was, but it is still lighter than my Xenon and is within my abilities to one arm it into my vehicles for transport without taking it apart.

Recently ordered a Tilite 2GX from DME. Worked with Dave. He did a fantasic job of helping me through the ordering process. Helped me work with my insurance company and I received the chair within a Month. Which was very nice because my last Tilite, which was over 10 years old had broken the cross frame and I had to borrow another chair till it came in. I would recommend DME to anyone. Thanks again for the help.
