This warranty does not apply to problems arising from normal wear, improper operation, improper maintenance, improper storage or similar acts beyond ACTIVEAID's control. This warranty is void if parts not supplied or authorized by ACTIVEAID are used to repair or modify an ACTIVEAID device or if the serial number has been defaced or removed from a serial-numbered device.
